Service Description
This is a SOKD Track Day, that will consist of 2 rider groups. Open to the general public, it will be held at Sepang International Circuit on the: 7th of February 2026 (8pm - 12midnight). Riders of this group (Group B: Intermediate) will have 30 minute sessions x 4. Total track time: 2hrs 600cc and above only. 250cc motorcycles are allowed in this group (for riders meeting the lap time requirements). *The Intermediate group is for those that have a lap time above 2 min 30 seconds. This is the early-bird pricing for 1 slot for this grouping. The rate shown is for 1 person, i.e. RM700/pax This price will offered till the 21st of January 2026, after which the slot price will revert to the normal price of RM750/pax If you purchase 2 or more slots, you will be main contact person of your group. (Bike and gear rental is not included. If you want to rent a bike and gear, reach out to us at theschoolofkneedown@gmail.com). Once registered, we will contact all participants a week before the track day via WhatsApp. Please ensure that you have WhatsApp installed on your smartphone. Professional photos and videography are available add-ons at a RM150/pax and RM350/pax respectively. If you choose this add on, please remember to take a photo of your bike and yourself using full gear (on the day of the event) and share it with our team leader via WhatsApp. *Tickets and room booking are non-refundable. *Tickets can be transferred to another party, subject to prior notification to SOKD.

Non Refundable, Unless for Extraordinary Circumstances
By registering for the SOKD Track Days, participants acknowledge and agree to the following non-refundable clause regarding cancellations: All registration fees are non-refundable: Once a participant's registration is confirmed and payment is made, the registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, unforeseen events, travel restrictions, or any other reasons. No exceptions: Regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal, medical, or force majeure events, the registration fees paid for the SOKD Track Day are non-refundable and non-transferable. Event modifications: SOKD Motorsports reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any aspect of the event, including its date, time, location, or content. In the event of such modifications, participants will not be entitled to refunds. Participants are strongly encouraged to carefully consider their availability and commitments before completing the registration process for the SOKD Track Day. This non-refundable clause is an integral part of the registration terms and conditions, and by registering, participants affirm their understanding and acceptance of this clause. By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this non-refundable clause.
